Spring of Love Benefit
For the Mt. Shasta Animal Hospital's Animal Aid Fund and Shasta Sanctuary
Be cool; show your inner Flower Child, put on your tie-dye shirt, headband and peace beads. Join the beautiful people at the Shasta Starr B&B Spring of Love Benefit for a groovy gig helping our local fuzzy folk. Local hip band, Soda Creek, will be rockin’ the 60’s tunes that you love so well all night long. Enjoy some far-out Brew, Q, and Bit of the Grape while dancin’ holes in your shoes. Use your bread to share the love with our furry friends while having a blast. Dig it, be there or be square. Peace and love! Enjoy live music, food, beer and wine, and a live auction for a fab night to benefit the animals in Siskiyou County. A little about the beneficiaries of this fun event: Mt. Shasta Animal Hospital is one of the most caring local veterinarians in Siskiyou County. Their desire to help the community animals has gone as far as the creation of the “Animal Aid Fund”, helping to make sure those animals who are sick or injured but whose owners are in need, may still receive care. We need to help them help those furry friends who might not otherwise be able to be taken care of. Shasta Sanctuary is a local no kill rescue that suffered severe losses during the Boles Valley Fire in Weed. They are only now able, once again, to begin helping those furry friends that are looking for permanent homes. After having suffered so much, they really need the community’s assistance in helping them do what they do. Shasta Sanctuary also assists the local police departments with animal rescue, and they treat the animals that they take in like beloved pets.
