Plant and Community Ecology Walk

Horsetown Clear Creek Preserve-Celebrating 25 years

Ever wonder what the name of a plant is or why the plant is growing where it is along a trail? Or what functions a plant preforms in an ecosystem? We will explore all these questions on this walk! We will learn to identify some key plants (native and invasive) in the landscape and how they relate to the plant community and ecosystem. We will walk and take time to explore the plant community around us. All ages are encouraged to explore the ecology of Clear Creek with BLM's Laura Brodhead. Wear walking shoes.
