Sandee will introduce you to the wonderful world of home cheesemaking by demonstrating three cheeses that are not only easy and quick but simple to make. Cheese for this class with include Chevre made from fresh goat's milk, "30 minute" fresh mozzarella done in the microwave, and incredibly creamy mascarpone. Sandee will use the fresh cheese to make delicious recipes.
