Wildcard Brewing Co. 3rd Year Anniversary Party

3 Day Celebration

Wildcard Brewing Company owners Jenny and Jeff Hansen are gearing up for a third year Anniversary party at the brewery located at 9565 Crossroads Dr. in Redding. Three years of brewing beer in the North State is to be celebrated over three days. Day One – Thanksgiving Day from 11am-3pm the couple will welcome the public into the brewhouse to see firsthand how ales are crafted. Specialty barrel aged beers will be featured including a special release of their Second Year Anniversary Ale, a bourbon barrel aged Oatmeal Porter; their Third Anniversary Ale, an Imperial Red aged in Pinot Noir barrels; and a Rye Barleywine aged in Whiskey Barrels. Growler fills will be offered for the Thanksgiving dinner table. Day Two – Friday, November 27th from 2pm-9pm enjoy several specialty brews on tap just for their anniversary; new ales to be tapped throughout the day including cask beers and a launch of their newest year round beer, a West Coast Style IPA loaded with citrus and tropical hop qualities and dry finish. The Yellow Lunch Box food truck will come out of retirement for a special debut from 4pm – 8pm as new owners launch a menu with old favorites and new items. Live music in the brewhouse and special outdoor beer garden to be constructed as a replica of their downtown Tied House set to open early next year. Wildcard Brewing Co. anxiously awaits the opening of their downtown tap room; however, unforeseen matters involving the entire property have temporarily delayed their ability to begin construction at portion of the development that will become the Wildcard Tied House. In the interim, Wildcard Brewing Co. will proudly celebrate its third year anniversary at their existing location Day Three – Saturday, November 28th from 2pm-9pm Wildcard will host a special day of celebration for Friends and Fermentation. All sorts of local producers in the business of fermentation will have products to sample and purchase; cheese, sauerkraut, pickles, bread and of course beer! The brewery Cornhole boards will also be pulled out of storage for anyone wanting to try their hand at a game of toss.
