Just in time for hunting season, local outdoorsman Pat Young will be teaching students simple and delicious preparations for venison, duck, pheasant and local fish. Pat will discuss proper care of game in the field to minimize "gaminess" and prepare recipes for fish and game using ingredients found in most well-stocked home kitchens. This is a wonderful opportunity to sample wild game as well as have your questions answered by an experienced wild game hunter and home chef.
