Chef Pam will demystify the processes of modern pressure cooking. On the menu: Pinto Beans with Chilies & Cheese, Cream of Tomato Soup, Pulled Pork, and for dessert, Pressure Cooker Cheesecake! This class will be for pressure cooking only; a pressure canning class will be offered closer to canning season.
