Winter Soups with Chef Jadda Miller

Our world-traveling cooking teacher-chef Jadda is stopping by Redding to teach a soup class. On the menu: Moroccan Carrot Soup, Lemon Chicken and Orzo Soup, Roasted Cauliflower and Cheese Soup, and a Bacon, Kale, Chickpea, and Parmesan Soup with Croutons- “The winter version of Soup au Pistou.” For dessert, Chocolate with Kahlua Cream, yum! Chef Jadda is just back from travels to Ireland and Maui. This June, Jadda will be hitting the road again to continue her documentary film work: filming farms, ranches, restaurants, food stalls and other related locations to create a film about world agricultural systems.
