Bob Nugent: “RIVER: The Upper Sacramento River Watershed”
Exhibit Continues Through December 1st
On on Saturday, October 13th from 5 to 7pm, the Siskiyou Arts Museum in Dunsmuir, CA hosted a very well-attended opening reception for internationally known artist, Bob Nugent. Bob also gave an informal talk about his work during the reception.
This solo exhibition of works on paper and veneer is the second river-themed art show sponsored by Dunsmuir resident and art patron, Peter Arth.
The exhibit is displayed in both of our lovely galleries: artwork that explores the artist’s impressions of Brazil and the Amazon River Basin, an ecosystem which he has explored through mixed media for over thirty years, continues in the small gallery (Museum Space) through Friday, November 2nd. His work in our large gallery focuses on his study of the Upper Sacramento River Basin, and that exhibit continues through Saturday, December 1st.
