Between Two Worlds: Untold Stories of Refugees from Laos
What does home mean to you? For many Southeast Asian people, the Vietnam War challenged and changed their concepts of home and culture. Told by the people themselves, this exhibition from the Center for Lao Studies tells the refugees’ stories in their own words; tracing their lives after the Secret War, and of their journeys from their homes in Laos to reeducation camps to refugee camps to finding new homes in the United States.
