Founded 1875

Sequestered in the Mt. Shasta foothills, Stewart Mineral Springs offers a unique environment of sacred mineral waters, affordable accommodations, and a variety of workshops and retreats. The indigenous Karuk Tribe has respected these springs for generations, and we've honored their devotion for 130 years. Our commitment to every guest reflects these values.

Stewart Mineral Springs provides guests a holistic experience. We embrace individual exploration and empowerment, and groups seeking education and healing techniques. Our retreat offers soothing private mineral baths, a wood-burning sauna, cool river plunges, and reflection and transformation gained from a traditional sweat lodge.

When you visit the springs, you will notice the special care we have taken to keep the land pristine. You will enjoy the majesty of the trees and gentle sounds of Parks Creek that provides the source of our waters. The relaxing environment of Stewart Mineral Springs is tucked in a secluded forest canyon minutes away from Mt. Shasta and the Pacific Crest Trail. A perfect combination for any retreat you plan.

Call (530) 938-2222, or visit our website at www.stewartmineralsprings.com for reservations, workshops, or to inquire about the land we honor.

Had a soak in the healing mineral waters and felt rejuvenated. The grounds are beautiful and the staff is friendly. Highly recommend!

I visit Stewart Mineral Springs twice a month to help heal skin psoriasis and detox large organs. I was diagnosed with 4th stage liver disease in 2006. Bathing in these healing waters for in the last 7 years helped my liver to stage 1. While they can not medically prove that this is helping my liver, it is also the main source of healing aside from a huge change in diet. The expansion of my large organs with the heat and the immediate contraction of the organs through cold water plunge pushes out toxins from my system. I am deeply grateful for the healing waters. The natural setting is also peaceful. TD

I truly enjoy the experience at Stewart Mineral Springs. It is a peaceful place. I feel refreshed and and invigorated, whether i am taking a mineral bath, sauna or sitting near the creek after a bath. I leave there relaxed and renewed.every time I visit. The people that work there have always been friendly and attentive to my needs as a customer.
